Missionary Letter
As
it was reported in the March letter, there are two places we will be doing
missionary work in
Colonia Alvaro Obregon.
We
had started doing some work on the lot we got in that area, and will prepare a
small room for the preaching activity. The estimated cost for this room is $875
dollars (labor included). In case we need to move to a different area we will
be able to take the wood and any material used to build the small room. If any
Church feels led by the Lord to make a contribution for this, please contact
Please
pray that we can complete this small room and that we can share the gospel of
our Lord Jesus Christ with the people in this area.
We
have continued talking to some people here trying to get a rental place for the
preaching but no success yet. There is one family where we can potentially
start services. They say they do not have any good place available for the
services, but they offered their backyard for this. Pray for this area as well,
and pray that the Lord will give us a place for preaching His Word.
Following,
I would like to provide an update, and ask for your continual prayers in the
needs we have been sharing with you:

Kids continue attending school regularly. Ivan, our sixth grader son, has
basically made up all of his pending work and is back to normal activity.
Edgar, who is in high school (10th grade), continues struggling with some of
his classes and has not leveled up his performance.
The kids will be finalizing the school term by the end of May. Immediately
after they finish, they will come to
