Dear Brethren in Christ,

The Bible Says: “Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh”. Matthew 25:13.

The world is continually going from bad to worse. We look to our coming Savior as the hope of a better world. The politicians can’t and won’t give us a world full of righteousness and the glory of the Lord. But, our soon coming King will. “Even so, come, Lord Jesus”.

The First Baptist Church in the Garden of the Olive Trees had all the services as usual with good attendance. I was able to write and finish by God’s grace two new booklets: one on the Doctrines of Grace and another on the spiritual gifts. I also should mention that we translated and printed in Portuguese a book on the Second Coming by the late Carl Sadler. A lady in our church did the translation, sister Jaurícia. We have about 35 studies and books on various Bible subjects. These, plus others, are on our web site.

Continue to pray with us also about organizing the work in Tucuruí, Pará, into a church. Brother Glailson does the preaching there, but he has not made known the call to the ministry. He says he has a desire to preach and that he thinks about it a lot. Pray for him as he seeks the Lord’s will about the call to the ministry. If this work was organized into a church they would not have an ordained minister as it stands right now.

Brother Antônio is carrying on the work faithfully in Ibicuitaba, Ceará. They have several lost visitors that have attended for a long time. Pray for them.

The work in Tapera, Ceará, is about the same. Brother Mardônio carries on the services and evangelizes the people. He works during the week and takes care of the work. They have some visitors from time to time. The same older couple is still attending the services. Pray for them also.

Our Bible Institute has finished the classes for this year. We have another student that will graduate form the Bible Classes, his name is Domingos. He was recently ordained as a deacon. We plan to have the service on the 12^th of December.
